F.A.Q.

  • At the top of class, the instructor will introduce themselves and give an orientation to the Curvy Confidence method and philosophy. Then, we’ll do some embodiment work, go through some moves, strut our stuff, and practice a short routine. By the end, you’ll have spent 90 minutes moving your body and showing yourself love. We guarantee you’ll walk away with new tools to boost your confidence! Please show up 10 minutes early to get settled in the space.

  • Classes occur on alternate Wednesday evenings. Four classes are released at a time, spanning two months. As space is limited, registration is first-come, first-serve. We recommend that you book online in advance so that you secure your spot!

  • Whatever makes you feel free and fabulous, honey! Wear something that you can move freely while wearing. Athletic and stretch materials are excellent.

    Attire recommended to increase your confidence: fish net stockings, a skirt, or dress of your choice, shorts or a body suit if that is more comfortable to you! This class is catered to elevating your sexy, fierceness, and love of yourself o er all, so bring on then lipstick, lashes, even a beat face is welcome! Remember this space celebrates every BODY!

    Heels: I prefer heels for this class but you can bring tennis shoes or just move with your bare feet! Just note if your goal is to get more comfortable moving in heels you may want to bring your heels so you can train accordingly!

  • YES. Every body has a curve. And every curve of you deserves confidence. No matter what your shape or size, whether you got a little squiggle or a lot of jiggle, we are here for YOU!
